Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Jola account and all associated personal data (profile, photos, matches, messages, and swipe history) at any time by sending a deletion request to:

Please include the following in your request so we can locate your account:

1. The email address or phone number used to sign up
2. The full name on your profile

We'll confirm your identity, then permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, deleting your Jola account also removes any data Jola received from Facebook. You can revoke Jola's access to your Facebook account separately at any time via Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites.
