These Terms govern your use of Jola (the "App"), operated at linkupzw.com. By creating an account or using Jola, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Jola. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, including your age.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Impersonating someone else, or creating an account for anyone other than yourself, is not allowed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

3. Acceptable use

When using Jola, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post false, misleading, or stolen photos or information
• Use the App for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Jola Gold is a paid subscription offering additional features (e.g. unlimited swipes) for a fixed period.
• Payments are processed via Paynow. By subscribing, you authorize the charge for the selected plan.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law, and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase.

5. Content you share

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By posting content on Jola, you grant us a license to display it to other users as part of operating the App. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

6. Safety

Jola helps you meet new people, but we don't run background checks on users. Always use caution, meet in public places, and never send money to someone you've matched with. Report suspicious behavior using the in-app report tools.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Jola is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the conduct of any user, on or off the App, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Jola.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
